Mr. Vargas is an educated multi-lingual world traveler and a Top producing member of the National Association of Realtors® with a wealth of experience in business. He started his career as a high-profile business liaison from Vargas Property Services Inc. to several multinational corporations with world headquarters at the Interlocken High Tech Park in Broomfield, Colorado.
Mr. Vargas moved to Florida and became a mortgage broker and was hired by Mark Young to be a Mortgage banker at SouthTrust Funding, one of Florida’s largest Lenders. Mr. Vargas and Mr. Young became best friends during that time and when the banking crisis of 2008 decimated the smaller banks, they decided to explore other business ventures. Mr. Vargas created a construction company that renovated hundreds of Florida foreclosed homes for Goldman Sachs and Mr. Young knowing real estate so well gave birth to the concept of The 1% Guys real estate agents in 2014 and Mr. Vargas joined him in early 2017.
