How can this help you?
Well, for starters, this rebate allows for the builders’ incentives to either be used to buy down the rate of the home loan or be applied toward upgrades since a large part of the closing costs will be covered by our 2% rebate.
Builders offer anywhere from 10K to 30K in incentives to the buyer.
We will be giving the buyer 2% of the purchase price at closing, thus making the total incentives greater than the builder’s incentives alone.
Example
For example, if you purchase a new construction home priced at $550,000.00 with 20K from the builder in incentives, you can buy down the rate, ending up with a much lower than market rate. Thus, you will pay much less over the life of the loan and still have $11K of your closing costs covered by our 2% rebate.
This new rebate program only applies to new construction homes.
